#100 Cultivating Peace

Peace can be elusive at times. But not in this Tune-Inward — this is an incredibly powerful experience!

The Celt talks about things that can fragment us and drain peace in different ways.  He then helps us to experience many ways to detect, amplify and embody peace. He also emphasizes the importance of choosing peace. There are many waves of thought all around us all of the time. Just like choosing a radio station, making a clear choice to tune into peace is a way to stop getting other signals unconsciously. When peace is cultivated it can infect others in the best way possible without saying a word. He also gives us ways to work with our computer and other technology that help us stay energized instead of getting depleted.

The Lady helps us understand that peace is living and must be received before sharing. She speaks about and connects us to the origins of peace. Not only does she share valuable questions to ask, she also gives us ways to cultivate and grow peace within.
