Unfortunately there are times in life where we feel overwhelmed, obligated and full of dread.

The Celt helps us to face unpleasant feelings and ask for help in a different way that brings relief, healing and light. We further explore carrying different qualities of light as protection and how light can fill our whole system. We learn how to open more fully to the help available by releasing expectations and more. 

The Lady turns our focus to what is at the core of difficult feelings–hidden desire. She gives us ways to connect helping us understand and receive what we really need. Throughout we experience and learn many ways to thrive in stressful situations… like the holidays.
