Appointment Cancellation Policy
You know.®, LLC kindly asks that you cancel and/or reschedule with us ONE WEEK in advance of your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time to fill your appointment spot during the limited time that Jennifer is available for private sessions. Effective January 1, 2008 we require a 24-hour cancellation to receive credit for a missed session. Clients are financially obligated to pay for any session cancelled less than 24-hours in advance if we are unable to fill it. Please call (do not email) Jennifer Halls at 803-370-1036 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Multi-Session Discount Policy
If you are purchasing a multi-session package, please be sure this is right for you. Refunds for unused sessions are subject to the following policy:
Multi-session discounts will not apply to used sessions when a refund is given for the remaining sessions. The unused sessions will be assessed at full price, PayPal fees (if applicable) will be added, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Workshop & Retreat Cancellation Policy
The general workshop cancellation policy is a full refund if cancellation occurs two weeks in advance of the workshop. There are exceptions to this policy; workshops with different policies will clearly state a cancellation policy that will be upheld fitting that circumstance.
