The Kelt guides us in joining our mind to our Soul’s influence. He helps us effectively navigate the times when we don’t know what to do with easy effective methods.
The Elemental helps us feel our body’s earth connection. 
The Lady helps us clear our vision to easily make different choices for lasting change.  She teaches us when to take action and when inaction is more effective.

In this experiential teaching: the Kelt went over the best states to be in for making changes and how to know you're engaged. The Elemental got us in our body in a different way. The Lady started by clearing the residue hanging onto us from our old karma and ended with helping us receive blessings. This is an excellent one to listen to if you are dealing with uncertainty and change.
