The Kelt guides us in communicating with different parts of ourselves to broaden the perspective in which we view life. He teaches us how to find blocks that inhibit our intuition and how to clear them. He also gives us easy ways to disengage from self-criticism.  The Elemental helps us connect to the Earth energy as another way to gain a different perspective.
The Lady teaches us how to find places inside where we have hardened, are guarded and our opinions or emotions have gotten stuck. She guides us in simple ways to help those places receive healing and energy that softens while surrounding us in nourishing protection.

In this experiential teaching: The focus is on the many different ways we communicate inwardly and with others, with and without words and how to recognize where we harden our communication; which can block our intuition. We learn quick and easy ways to soften and integrate these hard places to open paths to intuitive communication. Again, they are giving us different experiences to change our perspective. Overall, this is a very physically clearing experience. All three guides layer the energetic experience for each individual, slowly increasing the intensity as the class continues.
