#163 Plug-In Your Bones Know Stillness

The Celt leads us in a practice to nourish our bones, our structure, to make times of transformation easier. He helps us feel the layered energy that brings about more flexibility while in transition.
The Elemental helps us plug-in our bones to energies that nourish, stabilize and still us.
The Lady guides us into the energy of stillness. She helps us understand how and why to connect with stillness daily for just a few minutes.  She brings us into different layers of stillness and names the many benefits of this practice, including preventing illness.

In this teaching: The Celt explained that the two practices for times of transition, he and The Lady led us through, couldn't be taught any other way except through experience. So, if you are listening for the first time and he says “plug-in your bones”, from that point on he is continually, energetically leading us three or 4 times to deepen the process. Guiding us in a longer practice first, makes it easy for us to do ourselves in just a couple of minutes. Same with the Lady's stillness practice.

They are realigning us to our Soul Knowledge, our Intuition They suggest repeating the energetic processes, disregarding the words with a focus on allowing porousness for Soul knowledge to easily permeate our consciousness and physicality. This one was a paradoxical doozy! Don't get caught in the words-feel.
