#162 Portals of Potential

The Celt teaches us ways to grow our seen and unseen potential. He helps us navigate the places of potential we don’t know yet with breath, subtle support and internal alignment.  He helps us understand the nature of what is calling and moving us forward. Also, how to ground our potential to stabilize growth and release overwhelm.
The Elemental reminds us to feel the support of the Earth as she wakes up and to ask for help from our Guidance to work with us on deeper levels.
The Lady plants our healthiest individual potential into our body, like little jewel-like seeds, through energy and blessing. She helps us understand ways to nurture our potential to grow before we know what’s growing. She also helps shift our perspective in ways that allow healthy growth.

This teaching is focused on integrating and aligning our Soul energy more deeply in our physicality, to begin to grow our hidden potential. There are puns and rhymes to help us remember the playful practices given. There is a lot of information. Some literal. Some metaphorical. Some both. Lots of energy with a focus on pleasure and efficiency.
