#164 Operate from A Cool Head & Warm Heart

The Celt guides us in gently aligning our lifeforce so that our voice can be heard when we speak. He explains the benefits of operating from a cool head, which include more efficient use of our energy and our creativity flourishing.  
The Elemental helps us connect to a spiral of energy that is not only grounding but helps us release congested energy blocks easily.
The Lady directs us in releasing inflammation, blocks and congestion in our body. She helps us feel how to give and receive simultaneously stating that this way of being, “is not only useful but keeps us youthful.”
