The Lady guides you in how to disguise your light when you don’t want attention. She focuses on the presence of different types of light, both inside and outside, being a tool for healing, wellness, and centeredness.

This experiential teaching: We boost our immune system, heal our hearts and quiet our minds. The focus is on the different qualities and frequencies of light, emphasizing its impact on energy and well-being. We experience various types of light to determine what best supports us, physically, mentally and emotionally. We learn how to drink, store and explore light and are encouraged to continue to inwardly experiment for whole health plasticity.
