The Kelt helps us understand how we are using our energy. He gives us several ways to quickly gauge, easily build and consciously manage our energy in these times of change. He addresses negativity, anger and choice. An addendum from The Kelt, "We are not telling you to not be angry. Anger has its usefulness and is an appropriate energy to use in certain situations. However, when unmonitored it can take over becoming a single note when a more complex harmony is available to you."
The Elemental helps us plug-in to the Earth’s energy to refill our core vitality.  
The Lady helps us unblock parts of our brain that have caused us to unconsciously dampen our pleasurable emotions and sensations. This process has a very physical feeling in the brain and most reported being more relaxed afterward.

In this experiential teaching: The Kelt talked about our energy and gave several ways to quickly assess where our energy levels are, how to plug in to more energy and to not lose energy. The Lady helped remove barriers in our brain so we can receive more pleasure and inspiration.
