The Kelt guides us in many ways to receive energy effortlessly when we are so busy. He also helps us to naturally have a positive impact in the world.
The Elemental helps us ground and settle inside of ourselves.
The Lady directs us in healing places that we don’t know are wounded and have closed down. She helps us feel the protection around those places so deep healing can occur.
In this experiential teaching: This TuneInward is multi-layered. There is a feeling that there is something not said, though some of the language they used is literal it's also metaphorical. So, when you listen to it, let what was not said find you through sensation and symbols. There most likely is a different unsaid thing for each of us. 
They talked about a focus on the balance between internal and external seasons, and the potential for vulnerability to be a source of power. They also help us feel the essence deep underneath our reason.
