The Celt helps us come from an aligned space where we can be moved by Soul instead of by fear or ego. He reminds us that who we really are is hidden and shows us how to explore inside so we uncover our true self.  
The Elemental came three times. Each time helping us align to a different energy: the inner place of movement, a soft focus with a wide perspective and the space of the unknown.
The Lady helps us access the space where intuition resides. She leads us into the unknown by connecting us to a deep sense of warmth and comfort.

In this teaching: The advice is practical and builds on #152’s teaching of alignment before taking action. I received an additional message from The Celt, "People always think of spirit-movement like a river flowing and that is one way. The times we are in are more like being moved by the waves of the ocean, it can surprise you with its force or be quite gentle. Let yourself be nimble to the movement in waves by understanding the energetic environment you are standing in. Traveling inside first not only helps to acknowledge where the fear is so it is not the cause of action but is the key to timely inner alignment."
