The Celt helps us impact the world positively, by integrating ways to clean our energy to find clarity and to release stress, overwhelm, fear and anxiety.  He gives us a metaphor that helps change our expectations and bring light to messy changes.  He reminds us that we can be happy and still have a mess to sort out.
The Elemental helps us easily release fear (he points palms down to earth) and opens us to be touched by life (he puts hand to heart). 
The Lady stresses the importance of learning to listen deeply to our self as a way to communicate more successfully in general. She teaches that communication is a holy thing and that the attitude of the ego can block us. She helps us hear a part of us that has a hard time speaking. She teaches self-blessing and how to expand the energy of sweet listening’s.
