The Kelt first guides us in strengthening our core. He assisted in filling up our cores with energy and integrating new frequencies for spiritual connection and clearer intuition. He encouraged participants to experiment with these techniques, noting that consistent practice would lead to feeling more protected and integrated, with improved intuition, healing and decision-making.
The Elemental helps us to deepen our sacred ground by increasing our connections to Source.
The Lady encouraged us to invite and feel our loved ones through heart-opening exercises and to remain open to unexpected visitations. She also stressed the importance of expanding one's energy to access a broader spectrum of frequencies, which is essential for growth and connection with the Divine.

In this experiential teaching: We learn to expand the frequencies that fill our core. The by-product of this is being able to communicate with loved ones that have passed onto Spirit.
