The Celt helps us invite the medicine we need mentally, emotionally and physically from plant spirits. He takes us into our friendship with plants and helps us experience the healing that’s possible. 
The Elemental brings our system back into alignment and flow through absorption.
The Lady helps us relax and increase our life force to overflow, which benefits us and the world around us.

In this teaching don’t try to make sense of this information, just sense it. It is orienting and disorienting simultaneously to promote new questions to ask ourselves.
