The Celt helps us locate our different fires inside and feel the efficacy of how we fuel them. He gives us a lot of information about why & how to understand, balance and explore the element of Fire in ourselves. 
The Elemental helps us let the earth be a bank for our fire, which is surprisingly grounding.
The Lady helps us expand our consciousness to look at balancing the fire of our body, emotions, mind and Spirit. She gently shifts us from the need to fix, to the desire to learn balance.

There are times in this teaching when The Celt seems to go all over the place with his information. He explained to me that he was throwing it like sparks for you to notice what catches your attention- that is the flame to explore.
